Trip Overview
Gokyo Trek, most popular trek in Nepal located heart of Everest region. Trekking around Gokyo Valley is considered a traditional trek that offers magnificent views of the mountain peaks and the Ngozumpa Glacier. The image of this region is associated with the soaring views of the most popular mountains in Nepal, at an altitude of 8000m such as Cho Oyu, Everest, Lhotse and Makalu which are clearly visible from Gokyo Ri above Gokyo Lake. One of the most remarkable features is the view of the tremendous ice ridge between Cho Oyu and Gyachung located in Khumbu region. gokyo ridge is the highest point 5360m located in the gokyo lakes Sagarmatha national park in Nepal. Trek to gokyo valley traversing through the delightful valley’s, crystal rivers, pristine lakes, world biggest ice glaciers called ngozumpa glacier dominated by nearest mountain of Everest Himalaya range. Torques color gokyo lakes are a holy pilgrimage place for both Hindu and Buddhist relations.

Day2: World heritage site tour and trek preparation .
DAY3: Fly to likla airport 2800m. trek to phakding 4 hours .
DAY4: Trek to namche bazar 3440m.6 hour’s
DAY5: Rest day at namche bazar.
DAY6: Trek to dole 4040m. 6 hours
DAY7: Trek to machhermo 4150m. 4 hour’s
DAY8: Trek to gokyo lakes 4750m. 5 hour’s
DAY9: Trek to gokyo-ri 5360m and overnight at gokyo hotel
DAY10: Trek down from gokyo to dole 6 hours
DAY11: Trek down to namche bazar 5 hour’s
DAY12; Trek down to lukla 8 hour
DAY12: Fly from Kathmandu to lukla
